Palmer Golden Flow Self Realization"Something happened this week that helped me to make a shift. I have a client that I'm just not in sync with right now, and I felt a lot of fear and panic over it. It's a pattern that has ruled my life. I feel insecure and try and bring my self security. But usually my attempt to bring myself security is really just giving myself away.

So this time, I used the Golden Flow and I used all my will to feel the pain and fear and just BE with it and then after 2 days, I went to bed with the intent to let it go by the time I woke up.
